THE COLOUR

For myself, New Year sparks the celebration of life! We reflect on the happy memories of the year that was and eagerly anticipate the exciting potential and opportunity that lay ahead for the year to come!

Although I have since abandoned New Year resolutions, each New Year’s day I pour myself a glass of my favourite drink (this year? I suspect it’ll be mascto) and ‘cheers’ to a year full of rich fulfillment and happy memories.

What better way to embody that feeling in my New Years tablescape, than with stunning colours of gold and yellow (a current personal favorite), paired with natural colour tones.

The touches of gold add richness and a sense of celebration, while the yellow adds warmth and energy - you can’t help but look at this table and smile, reflecting on happy memories and the anticipation of new ones to come.

THE CAKE

It’s not New Year’s without a pop of colour! Each cupcake topper is hand painted and layered with colour for a bold statement, with hues of Grape Soda, Sky Blue and a hint of Mauve.

The touches of gold leaf are eye-catching and when paired with the delicate wafer paper sail, it simply adds a sense of grandeur.
