In these six modules you are going to learn how to:
Overcome those fondant frustrations, including; combating heat and humidity, how to harden your decorations for better structural support, conditioning your fondant for that smooth finish (no more cracks!) and how to colour your fondant
Use a variety of simple cutters for a versatile range of 2D designs, including a skull & crossbones, ice-cream cone and cookie, plus a rocket ship!
Sculpt and hand model 3D fondant decorations, including; flip-flops, a nail polish bottle, a pretty rolled rose and much more!
Apply a range of textures for that added detail and ‘wow’ factor, by using impression mats, your basic modeling tools and a Chux wipe (don’t underestimate common household items!)
Marble your fondant toppers to replicate space for an eye-catching finish for your Galactic Adventure cupcake toppers
Use and apply gold lustre dust to create a beautiful gold finish
Use an edible pen for drawing on small details.

Now I’m on a mission to share all of my fondant knowledge with you, so that you can feel confident whipping up fondant toppers and figurines in your own kitchen. I want you to spend less time trouble shooting and more time in that creative zone. But most of all? I want you to have fun playing with fondant! Because once you understand how to work with it’s quirks, the possibilities are endless.
